If you knew how to do differently, you would! It is possible to break deeply engrained patterns with time, patience, and the right tools. My work is for the cycle breakers: the ones who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, feel more regulated, and build healthier relationships with themselves and the people they love.
I’m a psychologist and a self-identified cycle breaker who offers compassionate, scientifically-informed therapy for adults and teens. Earlier in my life, I learned patterns that didn’t serve me when I became an adult; patterns that were not aligned with my values.
I made the decision that I wanted to do better. I now use what I have learned in the therapy room. I help people break cycles to become the most centered, regulated versions of themselves. My approach is relational, direct, and collaborative. I show up honestly, stay engaged, and help my clients build real tools for change.
